Fulund vulcanizer performance introduction
1. PLC, HMI control, can realize manual and automatic control. Automatic control can realize functions such as mold clamping, exhaust, temperature control, vulcanization timing, alarm, mold opening and unloading; the touch screen displays the temperature of each heating area of ​​the hot plate in real time.
2. The hydraulic cylinder is made of ZG270-500 material, and the plunger is made of chilled hard alloy cast iron with dense texture, which is finely ground after casting; the sealing form of the hydraulic cylinder is a YX type sealing ring.
3. Hydraulic automatic top iron is used on the pot side of the hot plate. Under the action of four oil cylinders, the horns on both sides of the hot plate advance and retreat at the same time; the two ends of the hot plate are provided with anti-pillar iron overlapping devices.
4. Each heating area of ​​the hot plate is equipped with a set of temperature-adjusting valve groups. Under the control of PLC, the temperature of each heating area of ​​the hot plate is guaranteed to be uniform.
5. Hydraulic system: Using the hydraulic station of well-known brands at home and abroad, under the control of PLC, it can realize automatic: mold clamping, exhaust, mold opening and unloading.
6. Mechanical synchronous balance mechanism: There is a synchronous shaft running through the unit under the platform, and the two ends of the shaft are provided with racks and pinions to ensure the horizontal lifting of the platform.
7. Clamping guide device: There are mold clamping guides on both sides of the lower bed, the frame plate and the platform are installed with a guide seat, the guide seat is processed with an inclined plane, and the distance of the inclined plane can be adjusted by the top wire.
8. Mould opening assist mechanism: When the mould is opened, the four oil cylinders located under the platform act to pull the platform down forcibly to prevent the sticking pan from being unable to open the mould.

 

Introduction to the structure of the vulcanizer:

1. Structural stability: a special four-column structure is adopted, the upper seat is reinforced with medium carbon steel, and the upright column is thickened and hardened to ensure structural stability and accuracy.

2. System: The high plane pressure equalization correction is adopted, and the pressure (18mpa) strengthens the nut leveling device, which can increase the parallelism of the upper and lower heating plates to 0.05mm.

3. Temperature control system: Adjustable from room temperature to 350°C, using intelligent temperature control to control the temperature fluctuation range within ±2°C.

4. Operating system: PLC combined with touch screen, whether debugging or production, can be controlled directly and simply.

5. Operating system: The optimally designed oil circuit and high-quality oil circuit accessories ensure the smooth operation of the entire oil circuit system from the principle and accessories.

6. Energy-saving system: The heating plate adopts the deep hole processing technology, which is closely matched with the heating pipe to reduce the heat loss during the heat transfer process.

7. The intelligent system can automatically push out the mold, thereby reducing the labor time of the staff, increasing efficiency, high output and saving time.
